WHAT WE DO

Remote services that actually move the needle.

Every service we offer is designed to run remotely. No standing appointments. No weekly visits. Just results.

Travel Concierge

Flights, hotels, ground transportation, and custom destination itineraries — all coordinated for you. We book Luxy, arrange transfers, and build trip packages from scratch.

Property Oversight

Remote vendor coordination, maintenance scheduling, compliance tracking, and issue triage across all your properties. No site visits required for 95% of what we handle.

Executive Operations

Calendar management, research requests, document handling, and recurring admin — executed async, delivered on time.

Project Management

Renovation oversight, contractor coordination, timeline management, and budget tracking — all via digital tools. We run the project; you approve milestones.

Financial Admin Support

Invoice intake, expense organization, vendor payment tracking, and document prep for your accountant — all handled without you touching a single spreadsheet. We coordinate; your CPA advises.

Weekly Intelligence Report

Every Friday: what moved, what's next, what needs you. Structured, clear, never longer than it needs to be.

You shouldn't need to be there for it to get done.

We built PremierXC around a simple premise: most high-value operational work can be done better remotely — with the right systems, the right tools, and a team that moves fast without hand-holding.

ABOUT

Operated by people who've done this.

PremierXC was built by operators who understand what it means to manage complexity at scale — across properties, vendors, schedules, and principals who don't have time to manage it themselves.

Our approach is remote-first by design. We use the same tools your team uses — Notion, Google Workspace, project management platforms — so you always have visibility without needing to ask for it.

We work with a small number of clients. That's intentional. It's how we stay fast, attentive, and actually useful.

HOW IT WORKS

From first call to first Friday report in two weeks.

01

Discovery Call

30 minutes. We learn your operational footprint — properties, vendors, travel patterns, and what's costing you the most time.

02

Scoping

We map everything into a structured brief. You review it, adjust it, approve it. This becomes our operating document.

03

Handoff

We take over. Your first Friday report arrives at end of week one. You're in the loop without being in the weeds.

WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE

Real work, done remotely.

A 10-day trip to Europe, fully coordinated.

Flights researched and booked, hotel recommendations curated by neighborhood and proximity to meetings, a Luxy transfer from SFO, and a day-by-day itinerary — delivered 72 hours before departure.

A kitchen renovation, managed without a single visit.

Three contractors sourced and vetted, bids compared, timeline set, progress tracked weekly via photo updates, and final walkthrough coordinated with a local contact. Client approved milestones from their phone.

Six vendor invoices, zero client involvement.

Invoices received, coded, reconciled against project budgets, and forwarded to the accountant — every month, without a single ask.

Common questions

Do you ever need to come on-site?

Rarely. On-site visits are reserved for situations that genuinely can't be handled remotely — a first vendor introduction, an inspection, or a specific request. Most clients go months without a site visit.

How do we communicate day-to-day?

Async by default — structured reporting and written updates. For anything urgent, we're reachable same-day. We don't do daily standups or unnecessary calls.

What does onboarding look like?

One discovery call, one scoping document, two weeks. We move fast and we don't need hand-holding to get started.

How is pricing structured?

Monthly retainer, scoped to your needs. We discuss fit and pricing on your discovery call — we don't post rates publicly because scope varies significantly by client.

Work with us.

We take on a limited number of new clients each quarter. If the scope is right, we move fast.
